New Orphanage Pachacamac, Peru
& Current Orphanage in Lima, Peru

When Mitch went on his first mission trip in June of 2002 it changed his life forever. After returning home, Mitch began seeking God’s guidance to see if he should go into mission work full time. When Mitch visited Lima, Peru he spent his days repairing an existing orphanage and played with the kids at night. Mitch loved these kids and wanted to impact their lives. Brian Medaglia, Mitch’s college pastor, shared with the Foundation the need for a new orphanage and how Mitch committed to go back and help build the new building.

The Mitchell Swaback Foundation has committed to partner with Kids Alive and finance the construction cost to build the first of six homes. Each home will cost $35,000.00 to build and will house eight children and their house parents.
